A vintage-washed custom denim jacket from an experienced denim jacket manufacturer. 100% cotton twill with enzyme/stone wash for an army-green fade. Clean lines, chest flap pockets and side hand pockets, adjustable hem tabs, and durable double-needle construction for daily wear and brand programs.
Materials & Construction
Fabric: 100% cotton denim, recommended 10–14 oz (8–16 oz available)
Weave & Handfeel: 3/1 twill, mid-rigid with soft hand after wash
Wash/Finish: enzyme/stone wash, vintage fade; whisker/hand-sand optional
Trims: metal shank buttons, antique brass or nickel; optional logo hardware
Stitching: double-needle seams, bar-tacks at stress points
Pockets: 2 chest flap pockets + 2 side pockets; inside pocket optional
Cuffs/Hem: buttoned cuffs; adjustable waist tabs
Lining: unlined by default; quilt/fleece/flannel lining optional
