Work Jacket Manufacturer

What is your typical MOQ, sampling time and lead time for work jackets?

For OEM work jackets our starting MOQ is typically around 50 pieces per color and style, which can be adjusted for specific programs. Once fabrics, trims and specs are confirmed, development samples are normally ready in about 7–10 days, and we then share a clear bulk production and shipping schedule based on your quantity and destination.

What fits and size ranges do you offer for OEM work jackets?

Our work jacket fits are built to sit comfortably over hoodies and uniforms, with enough room in the shoulders and sleeves for lifting and reaching. Standard size runs can be adapted to your existing charts or local market needs, and we share base size specs so your team can review measurements before sampling.

Can you add branding and private-label details on work jackets?

We can add your branding by embroidery, screen print, DTF / heat transfer and woven or felt patches on chest, sleeve or back panels. At the same time we build full private-label packs with main labels, care labels, size tabs and hangtags, and we only apply third-party or licensed logos when you confirm that authorization is in place.

What insulation and lining options do you provide for different climates?

For cooler conditions we use quilted taffeta with fill weights in a practical GSM range, or flannel linings when you want a softer feel against shirts and hoodies. In milder climates we reduce fill or keep jackets unlined, so workers maintain mobility without overheating, and we secure linings at stress points to avoid sagging in long-term use.

What finishing options do you offer for work jacket shells?

Beyond the base fabric, we can run enzyme or stone wash to give duck canvas and twill a broken-in handfeel. For light rain and splashes we can apply a DWR finish, and for more character we offer garment dye or pigment dye processes that create muted, lived-in workwear colors while still respecting your shade bands.

How do you improve durability for industrial and outdoor work jackets?

Durability is built into our patterns with triple-stitch seams on stress areas, bar-tacks or rivets at pocket corners and hanging loops, plus heavy-duty zippers, snaps and storm flaps. Before bulk, we run fabric and hardware tests under an AQL plan to check seam slippage, colorfastness, zipper cycles and snap pull strength.

Which shell fabrics and weights do you use for OEM work jackets?

Our main shell is tight-weave duck canvas, usually 10–12 oz for temperate markets and 12–14 oz for more rugged use. We also offer cotton twill, poly-cotton twill for better colorfastness, and denim when you want a more vintage workwear look, all chosen around your budget and target environment.

What work jacket styles can you manufacture for my brand?

We focus on classic workwear silhouettes such as chore jackets with snap or button fronts, barn / field jackets with hand-warmer pockets, and Detroit-style hip-length jackets with heavy zips and optional rib hem. We can also add hoods and adjust pocket layout so workers keep easy access to tools while lifting, driving or operating equipment.
