Where to find OEM work jacket manufacturers for custom designs?

Choosing a manufacturer for custom work jackets comes down to four checks: category experience, specification control, evidence, and commercial fit.
Category experience. Workwear is bought on the promise of durability, so the construction has to support the claim. A 12 oz canvas work jacket feels structured and rugged immediately — a lighter shell with the same pattern does not, and the gap shows up in customer reviews rather than on the sample table.
Specification control. A manufacturer should be able to describe the fabric, the weight reference and the construction items it will control: duck canvas, the classic workwear shell and heavy cotton twill as a lighter alternative, with reinforced stress points and bar-tacked pocket corners and metal hardware, including heavier-duty snaps and zippers. If those are vague before you order, they will be vague during production.
Evidence. Ask for a QC checklist, a measurement sheet with tolerances, the AQL standard they work to, and a clear statement of what is produced in-house versus subcontracted. A supplier that answers yes to everything has not read your brief.
Commercial fit. Minimum order is 100 pieces per color per style, sampling runs 7–10 days, bulk production 30–45 days, and indicative FOB pricing for work jackets sits in the $15–60+ range — canvas weight, reinforcement level and hardware count drive the number.
