Where to find OEM jogger pants and sweatpants manufacturers?

Where to find OEM jogger pants and sweatpants manufacturers?

Choosing a manufacturer for custom sweatpants comes down to four checks: category experience, specification control, evidence, and commercial fit.

Category experience. Below roughly 300 GSM the fabric drapes instead of holding shape, and the jogger reads cheap in a product photo. Above 380 GSM the same pattern looks structured and premium — the fabric changes the silhouette more than the pattern does.

Specification control. A manufacturer should be able to describe the fabric, the weight reference and the construction items it will control: cotton fleece for a natural hand-feel and cotton-poly fleece for stable shape and color, with an elastic waistband with a drawcord, with tension tuned so the waistband neither rolls nor gaps and side-seam pockets or zip pockets. If those are vague before you order, they will be vague during production.

Evidence. Ask for a QC checklist, a measurement sheet with tolerances, the AQL standard they work to, and a clear statement of what is produced in-house versus subcontracted. A supplier that answers yes to everything has not read your brief.

Commercial fit. Minimum order is 100 pieces per color per style, sampling runs 7–10 days, bulk production 30–45 days, and indicative FOB pricing for sweatpants sits in the $8–30+ range — fabric weight, waistband construction and decoration are the main cost lines.
