How to get custom nylon tracksuits manufactured for streetwear?

Choosing a manufacturer for custom nylon tracksuits comes down to four checks: category experience, specification control, evidence, and commercial fit.
Category experience. Nylon is a surface that behaves differently from cotton at every decoration step. Coating, heat sensitivity and the fabric's slick face change how print and embroidery hold, so branding has to be approved on the real shell rather than on a test swatch.
Specification control. A manufacturer should be able to describe the fabric, the weight reference and the construction items it will control: nylon in a range of weights and finishes and nylon-elastane blends for stretch and recovery, with a lining chosen deliberately — it can significantly change the cost and heat-sensitive nylon handled differently at decoration and pressing. If those are vague before you order, they will be vague during production.
Evidence. Ask for a QC checklist, a measurement sheet with tolerances, the AQL standard they work to, and a clear statement of what is produced in-house versus subcontracted. A supplier that answers yes to everything has not read your brief.
Commercial fit. Minimum order is 100 pieces per color per style, sampling runs 7–10 days, bulk production 30–45 days, and indicative FOB pricing for nylon tracksuits sits in the costed as a set, with nylon type and weight the single biggest cost factor range — lining and inside construction add material, cutting, sewing, pattern adjustment and inspection.
