What customization options are available for custom tracksuits production?

Custom tracksuits are built from four decisions: fabric and weight, construction and trims, decoration, and the private label pack. Each one changes cost, lead time and how the finished piece reads.

Fabric. The options we run most are fleece for warmth and streetwear positioning; nylon or polyester for a technical, lightweight set; cotton-poly blends for shape retention. For tracksuits the practical weight reference is fleece typically 280–400 GSM, nylon 180–250 GSM and polyester 200–300 GSM depending on the direction. Ordering by weight figure alone is not enough — two fabrics can both be called the same weight and still behave differently in wash, drape and color retention, so composition and shrinkage are confirmed by wash testing.

Construction and trims. The build includes a jacket and pant developed as one program with a shared fabric and trim record; matching rib, cuff and waistband treatment across both pieces of the set; pocket layout agreed across both garments so the set reads as a set; lining and inside construction chosen for comfort, which is a real cost line on nylon sets.

Decoration. Available routes include screen print, heat transfer, embroidery, rubber patches, woven labels, reflective print, applique, custom zipper pulls, branded drawcord tips. Decoration is approved on the actual fabric rather than on a test swatch, because stretch, pile, coating and heat sensitivity all change the result.

Private label pack. Woven neck labels, size and care labels, logo tags, hangtags, barcoded polybags and printed cartons. A garment can leave the sewing line finished and still not be retail-ready, and this layer is what closes that gap.

A note specific to this category: A tracksuit is two garments sold as one product. If jacket and pant are developed as separate projects, the two pieces end up slightly different in shade and rib — which customers notice immediately because the set is worn together. One fabric and trim record for both pieces is the fix.
