For custom coach jackets, the most important fabric and trim details include shell fabric, lining, snap buttons, drawcord hem, cuff construction, pocket shape, logo placement, label details, and finishing quality.
Coach jackets are often made with nylon, polyester, or lightweight woven fabrics. The shell fabric affects the hand feel, surface texture, weather resistance, and final style. A smoother nylon shell can create a cleaner streetwear look, while other woven fabrics may support a different price or texture target.
Snap buttons are another important detail. Poor snap quality or uneven placement can affect both function and appearance. The hem drawcord, cuff construction, and pocket position should also be confirmed during sampling.
For branding, screen printing, embroidery, woven patches, rubber patches, and heat transfer can all be considered depending on the fabric and artwork.
Before bulk production, brands should approve the sample for fit, fabric hand feel, snap function, logo position, lining comfort, and overall balance.
