This is an official Certificate of Appointment confirming that Dongguan Yimeng Garment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has formally designated EUREPSTAR GmbH as its exclusive Authorized European Representative (EC REP) for all garment products sold in the European Union (EU) market. EUREPSTAR GmbH, a fully compliant and reputable organization with extensive experience in EU regulatory compliance, is recognized as qualified to fulfill the legal obligations of an EC REP under relevant EU directives and regulations.

The core scope of this appointment encompasses key responsibilities to ensure the Company’s products meet all mandatory EU compliance requirements and maintain valid CE marking. Specifically, EUREPSTAR GmbH is authorized to handle all EU market compliance matters on the Company’s behalf, including but not limited to managing and maintaining CE-related documentation (such as Technical Files, Declaration of Conformity, and product test reports), verifying that the Company’s garments adhere to applicable EU standards (e.g., safety, health, and environmental protection requirements for textile products), and facilitating communication with EU regulatory authorities, customs offices, and other relevant institutions.

In addition, EUREPSTAR GmbH shall act as the primary point of contact for EU authorities regarding any inquiries, inspections, or compliance-related issues involving the Company’s products sold within the EU. This includes providing necessary documentation, clarifying product compliance details, and assisting in resolving any potential non-conformity matters promptly to ensure uninterrupted market access for the Company’s garments. The appointment also requires EUREPSTAR GmbH to keep all CE-related technical documentation readily accessible to EU authorities for inspection upon request, in line with EU legal obligations.

This Certificate of Appointment is issued to formalize the cooperative relationship between Dongguan Yimeng Garment Co., Ltd. and EUREPSTAR GmbH, ensuring full compliance with EU regulatory frameworks for placing garment products on the EU market. By appointing a qualified EC REP, the Company demonstrates its commitment to upholding EU standards, protecting consumer safety, and operating legally within the European market. The validity of this appointment shall remain in effect unless terminated in writing by either party in accordance with mutually agreed terms.

This authorization not only simplifies the Company’s EU market entry process but also provides assurance to customers, partners, and EU authorities that the Company’s products meet all necessary compliance requirements. EUREPSTAR GmbH’s expertise in EU regulatory matters will support the Company in navigating complex compliance procedures, mitigating risks, and maintaining a strong market presence in Europe.
